After relocating to the Outer Banks in 1992 from Binghamton, New York, and Boston, Rick Drumm has built a distinguished career spanning more than 33 years in Outer Banks real estate. He also brings 10 years of leadership experience as Sales Manager and Marketing Director for Village Realty, strengthening his expertise in sales strategy, agent development, and effective marketing execution. Today, Rick serves as an Associate Broker and Sales Manager with Beach Realty, combining hands-on experience with proven leadership.
